What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician that enjoys working with machines and problem solving! Someone who takes pride in providing a service of quality and efficiency. We provide a very team focused department that takes a collaborative and supportive approach while serving our Production floor by keeping everything running.

Responsibilities:
- To conduct oneself with the highest level of integrity, positively representing the company and employees in a trustworthy, and sincere manner.
- An individual who is eager to get started and is proactive to keep machines running efficiently
- A mechanical aptitude and a knack for turning a wrench.
- The drive to troubleshoot and solve the root causes of problems efficiently.
- Computer skills and experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) (preferred, not required).
- Professional experience in maintenance or related fields preferred.
- Experience dealing with precise and tight tolerances included in machining and fabrication (preferred, not required).
EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED AND PREFERRED:
- Verifiable industrial maintenance training preferred

Ability and willingness to stop process to take corrective action when product does not meet customer expectations or tolerances. Works to achieve department's goals within the team.
- Work Quality: Exceeds quality standards while completing work in a thorough and accurate manner. Able to take on more complex orders. Sets an example for others. Expert knowledge in work area to drive quality outcomes.
- Productivity/Initiative: Participates in departmental process improvement. Leads small initiatives. Effective, high-volume producer. Consistently meets or exceeds work deadlines. Seeks new assignments.
REPORTING TO: Maintenance Supervisor

HOURS: Full-Time, 12:00 pm - 8:45 pm, M-F
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Competitive Wage starrting at $25.00 (DOE) with applicable shift bonus of $1.75 per hour
