What You’ll Do
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the clinic manager to support both the front desk and clinical team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences
- Operational Excellence: Assist in managing daily operations, improving processes, and maintaining high standards of service in the clinics
- Multi-Clinic Support: Travel to multiple clinic locations as needed, to provide support and ensure consistent operational standards across all clinic sites
- Experienced Professional: Background in a front office or hospitality role, with strong supervisory and customer service skills.
- Proactive Leader: A detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for leadership and excellence.
- Growth-Oriented: An individual with aspirations to develop into a clinic manager role, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and advancement.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare field and a general understanding of health insurance is a plus, but not required. Preference will be given to candidates with a leadership background in healthcare.
