Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile cash floats, including preparing change funds and balancing cash registers
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Prepare daily cash reports and deposits
• Assist in the management of petty cash and reimbursement requests
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records
• Maintain confidentiality and security of cash and financial information
• Follow internal control procedures and policies to mitigate risk
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus
• Previous experience in cash handling or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent numerical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in using cash registers and other financial tools
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
