Executive Coach

About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Executive Leadership Coach to lead leadership development initiatives for a government agency. The ideal candidate will design and implement executive coaching programs, leadership retreats, and virtual coaching sessions for senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct executive coaching for leadership staff.
• Facilitate leadership retreats (two-day, in-person).
• Develop and execute leadership training programs.
• Design and manage a virtual coaching platform.
• Provide ongoing support and progress assessments.
• Create analytics and reports on leadership development progress.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified Leadership Coach (ICF, PCC, or equivalent, attach to application)
• Five or more years of experience in executive coaching, leadership training, or management development.
• Experience in higher education, government, corporate, or non-profit leadership.
• Strong knowledge of leadership frameworks, strategic planning, and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in virtual coaching platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience facilitating large-scale leadership retreats.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop digital tools and resources for coaching and training.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
