Viking Coca Cola – Warehouse Manager
Viking Coca Cola is looking for a Full Time Warehouse Manager for our fast paced St Cloud MN Warehouse location. This position is critical to overseeing the safe, cost-effective and efficient operations of the Warehouse.
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Overseeing all facets of the daily operations, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal laws, policies and regulations.
Scheduling logistics for all incoming and outgoing loads, and overseeing inventory and inventory control.
Overseeing the Loading, Shipping, and Receiving Departments.
Overseeing the reclamation and recycling process.
Supervising direct reports including hiring, coaching, training, terminating, performance feedback, work allocation, and problem resolution.
Minimum Education and Experience;
High School Education or equivalent required
1-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting
1-2 years of previous supervisory experience required
