We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality European windows and doors, primarily to B2B clients across the United States and Canada. You will actively engage with potential customers, build lasting relationships, and help expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for building solutions in the construction or fenestration industry, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluent English is required, and proficiency in Ukrainian is a strong advantage, as our manufacturing partner is based in Ukraine.
Duties
-Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
-Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
-Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
-Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
-Manage assigned territories effectively, ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized.
-Handle account management tasks, including follow-ups, renewals, and customer inquiries.
-Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales growth.
Experience
-Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred.
-Strong skills in territory management and account management are essential.
-Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
-Experience with upselling techniques and a strong understanding of product demos is a plus.
