Villa Pueblo Senior Living Community is seeking a FT RN Charge Nurse to join our DAY SHIFT clinical team!
**12 Hour Shifts 6a-6p THURS-FRI-SAT Every Other WED****

In your RN Charge Nurse role, you will be responsible for clinical leadership, monitoring census, assign daily tasks to support staff, manage patient care and ensure this highest quality care is being provided for residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with your assigned nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the shifts services, programs, and activities.
- Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as may be requested.
- Maintain the Daily Census Report and submit to the Business Office as required.
- Monitor patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients charts
- Adjust and administer patients medication and provide treatments according to physicians orders.
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies
- Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Active state-issued RN License
- Current first aid/CPR certification (BLS)
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
WAGE RANGE: $35.80-$41.00 D.O.E. APPLICATION DEADLINE 1.31.2025
