Due to our current Executive Director relocating out of the area, Village Concepts of Burien – El Dorado West is seeking an experienced and spirited Executive Director to lead our vibrant Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We're looking for someone who can inspire, motivate, and bring out the best in our incredible team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading with kindness, integrity and compassion
• Maintaining strong relationship-building and marketing
• Partnering with department leaders to ensure excellence in every area
• Recruiting, developing, and retaining top-quality team members
• Overseeing compliance with all state regulations, policies, and procedures

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care
• Washington State Assisted Living Certification (Required)
• Strong background in marketing, operations, and customer service
• Embrace a servant leadership philosophy
