Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. 1-3 days a week 5-6 hour work day. We offer a base salary and or % of production what ever is higher is what is paid. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Duties
As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Diagnosing dental conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans.
- Conducting various dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and emergency treatments.
- Utilizing medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documenting patient interactions in compliance with regulations.
- Implementing infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Educating patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Collaborating with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Staying current with advancements in dental practices and technologies. Clear Aligners, Implants.
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and knowledge:
- Proficiency in general dentistry practices with a solid understanding of anatomy knowledge and medical terminology.
- Experience or knowledge in endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and infection control procedures.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and medical records management.
- Competence in using medical imaging technology for diagnostics.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
