The Black Sheep Restaurant in Manassas, VA is hiring!! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of service, and ensure the overall success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead by example, providing exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment for team
- Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant to uphold health and safety standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
