In Villari Foods, the receiving clerk verifies the equality and count of all items unloading from the trucks and trailers; Perform daily tasks associated with Receiving Duties & Functions, Inventory Control functions within the warehouse operations.
Job duties:
- Completes daily receiving entries in the computer system and distributes to purchasing office for filing.
- Manages critical supply inventories and reporting monthly inventory accounting.
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Verifies and records all items loaded for shipments or receiving.
- Carefully and accurately maintains receiving records for requested categories.
- Notifies supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as requested by supervisor.
