Overview:

vineyard vines is seeking a Manager of FP&A who will be responsible for managing the company’s finances for its Wholesale
channel and provide finance support to our corporate functions, including operating expense management.
As the Finance lead and partner to the Wholesale business, the position will help drive growth and profitability of this channel
through full ownership of the Wholesale P&L across multiple business segments. The position will support all strategic
initiatives related to the Wholesale channel through ad-hoc modeling and analysis, and will be responsible for accurate, clear
and timely creation of various reports that support decision making across the organization related to Wholesale channel
performance.

This high visibility role provides a unique opportunity for the right candidate to interact with senior management and
collaborate with all areas of the business in a fast-paced, growing retail environment. The right candidate must be exceptional
at managing financial information, demonstrate a solid understanding of Wholesale Finance and Operations, possess an
entrepreneurial mind set, and display an ability to work in a dynamic environment.
This position will also support Corporate Expense Management including the monthly forecast and close processes, as well as
the development of the company’s annual budget and long-range plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Financial Planning and Analysis support for the Wholesale channel and various corporate teams
  • Drive monthly Forecasting, annual Budgeting and periodic long term Strategic Planning, along with scenario and trend
    analysis
  • Create, refine and analyze both actual and forecasted P&L, while constantly identifying financial risks and
    opportunities
  • Ensure that an effective process is in place to support and maximize new initiatives
  • Provide consistent feedback and keep senior management updated through proactive monitoring of key issues
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to help drive business strategy through ad-hoc modeling and analysis

What you Bring:

  • BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and translate key takeaways to leadership and partners
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, able to multi-task and take initiative
  • Must be very proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment
  • 4-6 years of experience in Retail, Corporate Finance, or related fields; apparel experience preferred
