What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute high-quality meals with consistency and attention to detail.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Prior experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen or upscale dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
