What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Clinician position at Vinfen?

Schedule:Clinic Operating Hours, plus one 12 pm-8 pm day per week

Pay Rate:$58,000 - $66,000 / year (commensurate on experience / licensure)

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide outpatient counseling services to adolescents and adults with psychiatric conditions, behavioral health disabilities, and substance abuse challenges to help regain their health. Working in our Outpaitent Clinic, you will strive to serve people with compassion and respect for their personal dignity, while maintaining the highest quality of professional standards.

The Behavioral Health Clinician will provide therapeutic intervention and support services to clients with opportunity to run groups and/or work with clients one on one. You will prepare, develop, and implement assessments and treatment plans ensuring record keeping/documentation in accordance with internal and external requirements and compliance with regulatory and payor requirements. The clinician will also respond to payor inquiries regarding clinical reviews and be responsible for the coordination of care for all clients on your individual caseload.

Requirements:
  • Possess licensure valid in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) OR possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field in addition to demonstrating fluent bilingual English / Spanish skills
  • 3 - 5 years of experience working with adults with persistent psychiatric conditions or co-occurring disorders
  • Strong time management & organizational skills, self motivator, strong writing skills and general computer skills.
  • All candidates must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, and multi-state background check

Salary : $58,000 - $66,000
