Sous Chef | From-Scratch Kitchen
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef and help lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a from-scratch, high-quality environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily prep and service alongside the Executive Chef
- Supervise line cooks and ensure standards are met during service
- Handle line work as needed during service
- Oversee proper closing procedures, cleaning, and organization
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timing
- Support inventory, labeling, and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sous chef or strong lead line cook experience
- Comfortable working all stations as needed
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Leadership style that is calm, clear, and respectful
