Overview
Vintage Corporation is looking for a capable Leasing Agent to join our team. This is a hands-on position with the ability to grow into a Leasing Manager position. The position will be responsible for leasing new apartments and managing the leasing process from start to finish.

Self-motivated with a desire to learn and willing to go above and beyond, works well with minimal or no supervision. Driven to learn more and take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Present property and amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
- Advertise available units and property on various media platforms.
- Determine the needs, living standards and housing requirements of prospective tenants.
- Accept rental applications, screen prospective and negotiate leasing terms.
- Act as a liaison between tenants, corporate staff, property owners and government regulators.
- Remain knowledgeable in housing industry and market trends.
- Support maintenance staff by issuing works, periodic property inspections and scheduling maintenance appointments.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven work experience in property management is a plus.
- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.
- Knowledgeable in Fair Credit, Equal Housing a plus.
