Duties
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using construction management software.
- Coordinate project documentation, including plans, specifications
- Support project estimating by gathering necessary data and collaborating with estimating teams.
- Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding timelines and deliverables.
- Organize and attend project meetings, documenting minutes and action items for follow-up.
- Manage project files and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Utilize Civil 3D for site layout planning and design coordination as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as , HeavyBid, or similar platforms.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on construction sites is a plus, providing practical insight into project execution.
- Knowledge of project scheduling techniques to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
