VinWorld is hiring a Senior Business Development / Sales Development professional to drive new customer acquisition for our domestic transportation division in Austin, TX.
This is not an entry-level role and not a “hand-holding” sales position. This is a true hunter role for someone who knows how to prospect, create urgency, and close business in a competitive market. You’ll be trusted to build pipeline, win accounts, and directly impact revenue — with full visibility and ownership.

💼 The Role
You will be responsible for creating new business and expanding VinWorld’s customer base across the U.S.
Day to day, you will:
- Prospect and target new customers through high-volume outbound activity
- Identify and penetrate new accounts within complex supply chain environments
- Own your territory and pipeline with full accountability for results
- Run the full sales cycle, from first outreach through close and handoff
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with decision-makers
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business
- Work closely with operations and capacity teams to execute on what you sell
- Help shape outbound strategy, territory planning, and sales execution

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record of prospecting, closing, and growing new accounts
- Experience selling within transportation, logistics, or supply-chain environments
- Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and high activity levels
- Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills
- Motivated by earning potential, growth, and ownership
