This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dunellen, NJ for an Operations Assistant. The Operations Assistant will support logistics operations by coordinating freight shipments, organizing schedules, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day transport management, maintaining accurate records, communicating with clients and vendors, and delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate will also handle administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.

• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to effectively manage transportation and logistics activities
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and optimizing processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to connect with clients and collaborate with team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with freight forwarding processes or experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics-related software is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous
