The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. They will manage the warehouse and be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials. This individual will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements as well.

- Manage the warehouse team and allocate tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-performance.
- Oversee product receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and provide training to team members on safety procedures.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations and continuously improve processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory, monitor performance, and generate reports.
- Conduct periodic warehouse audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and address any issues that may affect warehouse operations, including equipment malfunctions, personnel issues, and supply chain disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Experience with warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, and move about the warehouse for extended periods.
