Role Overview:

As a Platform Specialist, you will help optimize and manage our presence on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Best Buy, Newegg, and other online platforms, including our own website and potentially Facebook Marketplace. You will assist in overseeing listings, analyzing performance data, and executing strategies to enhance product visibility, drive sales, and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to marketplace trends.

Key Responsibilities:

· Listing Optimization: Assist in creating, managing, and updating product listings on platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, eBay, and Best Buy. Learn how to conduct regular audits to ensure accurate and engaging content, including titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images. Help optimize listings for visibility and conversions through strategic keyword usage and compliance with marketplace policies.

· Product Compliance and Sales Growth: Support the development and execution of pricing and sales strategies to maximize revenue. Ensure all listings comply with marketplace guidelines and policies. Learn to leverage analytics tools to monitor sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies to senior management.

· Performance Analysis: Assist in generating and reviewing performance reports, tracking metrics such as sales, conversion rates, advertising ROI, and customer behavior. Utilize data-driven insights to help refine strategies and improve overall marketplace performance.

· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and platform policy changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Conduct basic competitor analysis to uncover market opportunities and potential threats.

· Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain strong brand loyalty and reputation. Monitor and address customer reviews to identify improvement areas and enhance user experience.

· Fulfillment Coordination: Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately, professionally, and on time.

· Best Practices & Trends: Stay informed about e-commerce best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience: No prior e-commerce experience required—we are willing to train motivated candidates. Any exposure to Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, eBay, or similar platforms is a plus.

· Willingness to Learn: Strong desire to develop new skills in e-commerce and marketplace management.

· Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy in handling data.

· Numerical Skills: Comfort working with numbers and learning how to make data-driven decisions.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to changes effectively.
