Your mission :

The Group Sales Manager is a multi-tasking machine with strong community relations and an excellent reputation amongst clients. They also support our hotel family and create an epic experience for our guests.

The Nitty-Gritty :

What exactly you will be doing…

  • Developing business and meeting revenue goals through sales presentations, prospecting, sales calls, site inspections, client entertainment, and business travel.
  • Being cool under pressure and specializing in problem solving, while networking and representing Virgin Hotels.
  • Preparing quarterly action plans and targeting accounts, following sales & catering guidelines to book quality business.
  • Responding timely to clients and proactively communicating within the hotel.
  • Participating in Virgin Hotels organized training programs to develop professional selling skills.
  • Bringing in business with top-notch customer relations, being self-motivated, organized, and innovative.

  • Background must-have :

  • Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
  • Previous hospitality experience, including hotels, bars, restaurants, and event spaces.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous sales experience and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Delphi, Teams, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
