As the Social Media and Marketing Manager for Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant brand, combining creativity and strategy to develop and implement marketing campaigns that amplify our unique Virgin vibe. You'll lead marketing efforts across channels, ensuring alignment with property goals, driving engagement, and positioning Virgin Hotels Las Vegas as a standout destination.
THE NITTY-GRITTY (The Essential Job Duties)
This role will collaborate closely with Executive Director of Marketing to : Strategic Marketing Leadership : Assist in the Development and execute marketing strategies to support property objectives and brand visionWork with external agencies to plan and manage marketing, social and advertising campaigns for key business segmentsContent Creation & Campaign Management :
Oversee content creation, from social media posts to writing copy, aligning with Virgin's fun, innovative toneLead social media efforts and management of multiple accounts, including paid campaigns, engagement strategies, and content schedulingEnsure the visual and narrative consistency of all marketing materials
Market Research & Analysis :
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategiesMonitor campaign performance and generate reports on ROI and KPIs, suggesting improvements as needed
Collaboration & Partnerships :
Work cross-departmentally to ensure alignment in promotions and communicationsBuild partnerships to enhance brand exposure and achieve business goals
Customer Engagement :
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social platforms in a way that embodies Virgin's personable and fun spiritCraft campaigns that deliver personalized experiences and drive loyalty
Innovative Thinking :
Stay ahead of marketing trends and explore new platforms and tools to enhance Virgin's presenceBring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table to keep Virgin Hotels Las Vegas top of mind

Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United StatesStrong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in writing copyProficient in digital marketing, including SEO, social media management tools, and paid advertisingCreativity and strategic thinking to develop engaging and innovative campaignsExperience with Influencer marketingProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisionsWOULD BE NICE TO HAVE'S
Graphic design, photography and visual content creation experienceFamiliarity with hotel or hospitality marketingTHE WORKING CONDITIONS
