IMPORTANT WORK ARRANGEMENT REQUIREMENT
This position is on-site at least three (3) days per week . Candidates must reside near the University of Virginia (UVA) Grounds or be willing to relocate to the Charlottesville area to meet this expectation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge web and mobile health applications.
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Guide project planning and execution to meet milestones and deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architecture and design specifications.
- Conduct code reviews to enforce best practices and standards.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Diagnose performance issues and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with researchers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate complex project requirements into technical solutions.
