We are now taking applications for a full time Maintenance Technician - Refurbs
The Maintenance Technician will be primarily responsible for refurbishing apartments and preparing for move ins. The position can also include building upkeep and cosmetic appearance of the facility including, event set ups, basic repairs, and general work orders, however the main focus will be on refurbishing residences.
High school diploma and two years of previous general maintenance experience preferred. Electrical or HVAC certification preferred.
Background/Drug tests, seasonal flu vaccine required.
