Duties of maintenance crew leader
- Should be familiar with all aspects of Landscape Maintenance tasks including cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, trimming, edging, weed whacking, bed maintenance, etc.
- Operating all type of mowers & other handheld equipment
- Interacting with clients and management
- Directing a crew of two to five employees.
Requirements of maintenance crew leader
- 3 Years Experience on commercial landscape crew
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean Criminal Record
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to keep assigned equipment and trucks clean at all times
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
