Job Summary:
We are hiring Case Coordinators to support disaster recovery efforts in Georgia under a state-level program, in coordination with a Prime contractor. These roles are similar to those in the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) and will provide direct support to Case Managers by coordinating documentation, tracking case progress, and maintaining organized case files. While not responsible for managing cases independently, Case Coordinators play a critical role in helping applicants navigate the recovery process and ensuring timely, accurate case handling.
- Assist with intake coordination and applicant support
- Help collect, organize, and submit required documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
- Track case progress and flag issues to Case Managers as needed
- Serve as an on-site point of contact for applicant questions and document drop-off
- Liaise with program administrators and support staff to keep cases moving
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting casework or administrative roles in disaster recovery or social service settings
- Familiarity with FEMA, ERAP, or similar housing programs
- Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping, and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in one of the three designated cities
