What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Associate position at Virtual Innovations?
Looking for full-time cannabis cultivation associates. Main duties will comprise of de-leafing plants, sanitizing rooms, and care of vegetative plants. Must be able to follow directions thoroughly with an attention to detail. Previous experience is not required, we will train hopeful candidates. Physical requirements:
1. Be able to lift boxes/items weighing 20 pounds
2. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, or crouch for at least 4 hours at a time
Those with Netafim experience and strong math skills are encouraged to apply!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
