Job Description:
Virtucom is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with grit, determination, and organization to manage an initial team of 4 new business sales representatives (desire to grow team to 10-20) as well as manage external relationships with our customers. Can you run an awesome sales meeting? Think praise, recognition, tough conversations, creative direction. Can you track and drive KPIs to get results? Organization and strategic skills are key. This is a great opportunity for a goal-driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives in client relationships, driving revenue, tracking, measuring and reporting-out on sales effectiveness against targets to key stakeholders as well as adjust strategies as necessary. This position is based in our NEW Peachtree Corners, GA Headquarters.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate a team of up to 20 sales representatives.
-Assist the team with organizing leads, creating opportunities and closing deals.
-Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
-Work with Vice President to establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for teams.
-Build relationship with our clients, reducing churn and maintaining ROI.
-Achieve sales goals through effective planning, goal setting, analyzing data and projecting future performance.
-Utilize CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, lead assignment and closing.
-Ensure successful cross-departmental collaboration with various departments including, Marketing, Human Resources, Field sales, -Vendor Management
Qualifications:
-2 years of experience leading and inside sales team
-Experience leading a sales team, preferably 10 people
-Prior personal inside sales experience
-Experience pulling reports within a CRM preferred
-Ability to leverage data analytics to drive team performance and achieving KPIs
-Demonstrated track record building and scaling teams in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
-Ability to accurately forecast.
-A strong people leader
