Critical Experience & Skills
- Strong hands-on development experience with IBM ACE v13 (minimum v12)
- Experience deploying ACE v13 (minimum v12) in cloud environments using Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience with IBM MQ in cloud and/or on-prem environments
- Strong understanding of policies vs. properties in ACE
- Experience managing environment configurations
- Experience using the CP4I (Cloud Pak for Integration) Dashboard
- Experience creating and deploying BAR (Broker Archive) files
- Hands-on experience with IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) using the ACE plugin (non-Sterling)
- Experience with file processing solutions in Red Hat OpenShift
- AWS cloud experience
- Monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk
- Experience documenting technical processes and solutions
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub or Azure DevOps / Git
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to follow established standards while constructively challenging them when improvements are possible
- Strong focus on documentation and knowledge sharing
