Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Printer Technician at our Santa Ana, CA location. The 3D Printer Technician will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of 3D printers. Tasks include providing technical support for printer operations, assisting with desktop computer setups linked to the printers, and ensuring optimal performance of printing equipment. The role involves working closely with the technical team to address printer issues and implement solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience with FDM/FFF 3D Printer Support, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in handling FDM/FFF 3D Printers and Desktop Computers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
- Experience in operating and maintaining high-performance 3D printing equipment is a plus
- Proficiency with Computers and general Tech is required
- Experience with FDM/FFF Slicers like PrusaSlicer, Cura, Simplify3D, etc
- Fundamental knowledge of FDM/FFF 3D Printing workflows
- Ability to speak with customers to determine requirements and viability of parts produced
