YOUR TYPICAL DAY
As a hybrid Lead Property Manager, you will oversee the smooth management of property accounts, ensuring both operational efficiency and high levels of tenant satisfaction. You'll also collaborate closely with the business development manager to onboard new clients. Your responsibilities will include handling leasing activities, tenant selection, renewals, and resolving tenant concerns, while maintaining clear communication with property owners. You will also manage remote teams, ensuring optimal coordination and alignment with company goals. Your role will be dynamic, ensuring all properties are managed to the highest standards.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 5 years of experience in property management and real estate
- Real estate license in good standing
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Experience managing remote teams (especially overseas)
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- College or competitive athletics experience
SCHEDULE & WORK LOCATION
This is a full-time, hybrid position (33% office, 33% field, 33% remote). You will primarily work in the West Georgia and metro-Atlanta regions, with a mix of on-site property management, office duties, and remote responsibilities.
