Inside Sales Representative
Location: Gillette, Sheridan, or Casper, WY
Compensation: $19.23 - $21.00, Final salary will be decided within the posted range commensurate with experience. This is a base hourly wage commission position.
Our Opportunity:
Visionary Broadband seeks a qualified individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative. This full-time position will join the team at Visionary Broadband, one of the top internet service providers in the Rocky Mountain region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with new customers sales by focusing on building our customer base and generating NEW revenue
- Prioritized goals to include new account sign ups/upsells and add on services to include VoIP sales and managed router sales
- New Inquiry Prequalification’s and LOS’s
- This person will be responsible for calling on all leads that come in via our Visionary Leads Page
- Sales Training and Continuing education will be provided for this individual
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability and openness to learn and then explain a basic working knowledge of our products, components, technical concepts, and equipment.
- This position is a “results oriented” position; the individual must have the ability to adapt to changes easily and willingly in policy, procedures, and work environment.
- Problem solving and organization skills.
- Always maintain highest level of professionalism in all activities and appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
