Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
- Strong client services orientation with excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with typing and using various software applications.
- Previous experience in sales or cash handling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
