Job Purpose: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Product Management to lead and mentor our product management team in developing and delivering innovative products that delight our customers and drive business growth. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from defining the product vision and strategy to execution and launch. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales. We are looking for candidates from Title Insurance industry background who have experience and understand the life cycle of Title & Escrow transactions
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and market trends.
- Lead the product management team in developing and executing product roadmaps, including feature prioritization and requirements definition.
- Conduct market research and user research to identify customer needs and opportunities related to Title Insurance and Escrow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product effectiveness. Manage the product budget and resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and customers.
- Lead and mentor the product management team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
Qualifications / Skills:
- 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- Experienced in Title Insurance, Real Estate and related industry. Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to build innovative products.
