Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated technical leader with 10 years of experience in PHP design, development, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will lead a small team of engineers, provide architectural oversight, and personally dive deep into code when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of developers working on PHP-based middleware and NetSuite integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with product owners, analysts, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Enhance PHP-based Middleware applications that integrate with NetSuite ERP and third-party systems.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and support DevOps best practices (CI/CD, unit testing, version control).

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across PHP middleware, and API integrations.
• Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting to proactively identify and address system bottlenecks or errors.
• Own technical incidents and drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis) processes.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Estimate development effort, allocate tasks, and manage timelines.
• Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA and deployment teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong PHP backend development experience (Laravel, Symfony, or custom frameworks).
• Solid understanding of APIs, JSON, XML, RESTful, and SOAP-based services.
• SQL and data modeling experience (MySQL/PostgreSQL/other relational databases).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins.

Leadership & Communication

• Proven experience managing or mentoring developers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
