Fun, family owned business looking for someone who loves customer service and genuinely wants to help every patient. Experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person. We are looking to fill this position with someone interested in a long-term position/ employment.

• Frame styling
• Prescription lens consulting
• Frame repair and adjusting
• Accurate seg height and pupillary distance measurements
• Positive Personality
• Reliable, Hard working, and Trustworthy Team Player
• Knowledgeable in lens designs, materials, coatings, etc.
• Adept in interpreting insurance benefits and calculating patient out-of-pocket costs
• Self-starter who once trained feels confidence in their ability to complete
• Occasional answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Troubleshooting problems with eyewear
• Ability to check out patients with insurance and who are also purchasing contacts
• Dependable with a history of great attendance

Pay will depend on experience.

The right fit for our practice is someone who is enthusiastic to learn and share ideas, articulate on the phone, dependable, reliable, has a great commitment level and able to build rapport with patients. We are looking for candidates that have a desire to always go above and beyond patients' expectations and deliver platinum levels of service!

Potential candidates will be joining a friendly, progressive, upscale private practice specializing in comprehensive eye exams for all ages, contact lenses, and premium designer eyewear.
