The Part time RN position responsibilities include:
- Perform client care services including, but not limited to, client assessments and care plan development.
- Help ensure adherence to Virginia Home Care regulations and standards through monitoring of operations practices and procedures.
- Introduce, Instruct and coach caregivers.
- Report to the RN Supervisor and Office Manager.
- Instruct and assess seasoned Caregiver's skillset during orientation.
- Instruct and assess new Caregivers who are upskilling.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 1 year of skilled or non-skilled home care nursing experience
- Flexible, positive working attitude
- Detailed oriented with strong commitment to client service excellence.
- Current Virginia RN licensure
- Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation and car insurance.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word and ability to learn staff scheduling software.
- Ability to work in an office and remote setting.
- Flexible, part-time position, 12 to 20 hours a week
