Key Responsibilities :

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate care plans with providers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Verify patient insurance and assist with prior authorizations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the EMR system.
  • Take and record vital signs.

    • Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    • Hours :

  • Monday - 9 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM
  • Tuesday - 9 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM
  • Wednesday - 9 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM
  • Thursday - 9 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM
  • Friday - OFF or can be traded for a Monday or Wednesday
