Key Responsibilities :
Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate care plans with providers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Verify patient insurance and assist with prior authorizations.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the EMR system.
Take and record vital signs.
Qualifications :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Hours :
Monday - 9 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM
Tuesday - 9 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM
Wednesday - 9 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM
Thursday - 9 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM
Friday - OFF or can be traded for a Monday or Wednesday
