Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County is seeking an experienced Home Care RN to join our progressive team serving the Torrington and New Hartford area. Schedule : Monday - Friday. Weekend rotation is one weekend every 7 weeks. The Agency utilizes Netsmart for its EMR and adheres to National Best Practice Guidelines for caseload and visit productivity. We offer a flexible work environment, salary plus bonus and a competitive benefits package including a generous retirement plan. A great opportunity to work with a great group of clinicians.
