What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services?
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of homecare services for clients. You will work closely with clinicians and other team members to ensure that the care services provided are of the highest quality and meet the needs of the client. This role requires outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
- Scheduling homecare visits for clinicians including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies as well as nursing.
- Maintaining reliable and accurate records of homecare visits
- Coordinating and scheduling homecare visits to ensure needs of clients are met
- Serving as a liaison between clinicians and other team members
- Keeping track of client and caregiver preferences to ensure optimal outcomes
- Responding promptly to inquiries from clinicians
- Managing and updating homecare scheduling system
- Identifying and resolving scheduling issues in a timely manner
