Behavior Consultant responsibility:
- Manage reasonable caseload of client’s receiving ABA services
- Conduct assessment
- Develop goals & programs to help clients achieve success
- Oversee Behavioral Technicians (BHTs) implementation of behavior services
- Maintain documentation of services
- Engage in individualized professional development opportunities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s Degree in related service field required
- Behavior Specialist Licensure required
