How you will make an impact:
Vista Prairie at Windmill Ponds is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all residents through assessments and reassessment, development and implementation of appropriate service plans and plans of care, monitoring resident services, supervision of staff, and on-going staff training. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will also complete an initial, face-to-face comprehensive assessment of prospective/new residents and develop a proposed service plan. You will also conduct or delegate the completion of assessments as resident conditions change. You will also do staff education, case management, and have a dedicated patient load. Schedule: This is a Full-time position, Day hours 8am-5pm M-F with rotating weeks of on call.
What you will need:
- Must have the desire to work in Memory Care, do case management, and have a dedicated patient load.
- Current Minnesota RN License in good standing required
- Experience in Memory Care and or Assisted Living preferred
- Must desire the opportunity to work with a team of nurses that collaborate, motivate, and support one another.
- Must be 21 years or older
