Minimum Requirements for Consideration
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
- Certifications: Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Licensure: Any unrestricted state license and DEA certification
