Part Time Physician (Spanish Bilingual Preferred)
Job Location: Jersey City, NJ
Job Type: Part Time (50%), onsite & virtual.
Pay Rate: $130,000-$150,000 per annum.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, every other week schedule for up to 24 months with high chance to extend.

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a part time Physician to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in multiple locations in Jersey City, NJ area. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.

Must be in network with Horizon (Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey).
Responsibilities:

• Provide general wellness checkups.
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
• Perform blood draws for patients.
• Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
• Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.
• Provide chronic disease management program to patients in need.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
• Current license to practice in the state of NJ.
• Background in primary care, family practice and preventive care preferred.
  
• Background in urgent care or emergency care will be considered.
• Preventive medicine oriented.
• Patient education driven.
• Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
• Must be able to commute to Jersey City, NJ.
