Job Location: Dallas, TX.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay Rate: $180/hr for onsite patient care, $140/hr for virtual lab review.

Full Description
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Dallas, TX. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general wellness checkups.
- Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
- Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
- Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.
- Prescribe low impact and high satisfaction medicine (as needed).
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
- Current license to practice in the state of TX.
- Board certification in specialty.
- Background in family practice and preventive care preferred.
- Background in urgent care or emergency care will be considered.
- Preventive medicine oriented.
- Patient education driven.
- Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
