We are hiring for the position of Construction Manager. This will be an in-office position with some on-site duties. This will be a great opportunity for someone who is a hard worker looking to learn from the best and to progress their career.

Duties

• Fully Manage Custom Residential construction projects
• Utilize construction management software to track project progress
• Manage project scheduling and monitoring
• Conduct construction estimating and budgeting
• Liaise with subcontractors, architects, and engineers
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Perform monthly Project Executive Summaries for Client, and other stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Excellent experience in Custom Residential Construction
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts
• Prior experience working in Custom Residential construction
• Strong ability of scheduling, financial forecasting,
