About Us
VIVE Adolescent Care is a Joint Commission Accredited inpatient acute stabilization facility serving youth in crisis. Our mission is to provide short-term, individualized, and compassionate care to adolescents and their families during mental health emergencies.
We treat youth struggling with:
- Suicidal ideation
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Self-harm or harm to others
- Drug addiction or overdose
- Other mental health crises
Job Summary
We are seeking caring, dependable, and emotionally strong individuals to join our team as Behavioral Technicians. In this role, you’ll provide direct care, ensure safety, and support youth as they stabilize and begin their healing journey.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and structured environment for youth
- Supervise and engage with patients during daily routines and activities
- Document observations, behaviors, and incidents accurately
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and demonstrate empathy without enabling
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 19 years or older
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to stay calm, set boundaries, and respond compassionately under pressure
- Experience in behavioral or mental health settings (preferred)
Schedule
8-hour shifts, Weekends and holidays may be required, Flexible schedule available
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Grave shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 an Hour Starting. Range $17.00 - $19.00 an Hour
