Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweep and remove large amounts of debris from production departments, coolers, and bays
- Empty 96-gal bins and operate a hi-lo to transport large loads of refuse
- Assist in landscaping grounds by removing weeds, and disposing of leaves and snow when needed
- Stock shelves with inventory items
- Assists other departments with general labor as needed
- Additional hours required in February, May, November, and December

Education and/or Experience:
No prior experience or training.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos written in English.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
