Summary:

In this role, you will partner with provider analytic solutions coordinators and staff to support activities that result in engagement and value derived from leveraging Vizient analytic solutions, including training, education, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support of Vizient analytic solutions, including inquiry resolution, collaboration with internal teams, and innovative provider partnerships to support optimal use of the Vizient analytic solutions.

• Ensure providers have a successful customer service experience through partnership and proactive engagement.

• Introduce new provider organizations to Vizient analytic solution functionality via virtual platforms including one-to-one and one-to-many educational sessions.

• Build relationships with key contacts at provider organizations to ensure engagement with Vizient analytic solutions.

• Collaborate with Vizient Solution Strategy team to provide feedback on solution enhancements and connections for Voice of Customer sessions.

• Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory standards and apply to daily work.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to a variety of audiences.

• Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products.

• Healthcare software implementation, knowledge of relational databases, business intelligence tools, and training experience preferred.

• Experience with clinical quality data and performance improvement initiatives or projects desired. Experience with Vizient analytic solutions preferred.

• Willingness to travel.
